Dr. Setty's personal journey into medicine is one of remarkable resilience. At 17 years old, he was involved in a serious car accident that resulted in burns to his arms and face. He spent nearly three weeks recovering at the Ohio State Burn Center, undergoing multiple skin graft surgeries. The plastic surgeon's compassionate communication and expert skill in treating his burns left a profound impression — igniting his passion for medicine and ultimately for helping others through plastic and reconstructive surgery.
He attended medical school at Ohio State University, and one pivotal day, the very plastic surgeon who had cared for him in the burn center gave a lecture on campus. Dr. Setty's calling was confirmed. He went on to pursue the field with unwavering dedication, building the trusted practice he leads today.

He is a leading surgeon in the DFW area for breast augmentations, breast implant revisions, breast reductions, body contouring, fat transfers, and Brazilian butt lifts — always approaching each procedure with the vision of an artist.
